There are four types of people surrounding you:-

• Those who are not ready to for what you have to say or do
• Those who are WITH you because of what they are getting out of you
• Those who are WITH you and INTO you, to seek and find fault in all the you say and do.
• Those who are WITH you, INTO you and FOR you, because you are both interdependent on one another.

Nevertheless be that light that shines in the darkness
