We are ONE

Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. – (Col 1:15-17 KJV)

To my all Christian Brothers and Sisters, I want to you remember and understand that you have the very oracle of God in your hands, and it is close to your hearts.  The Kingdom of God is at hand indeed. Looking at the Bible quotation above, one thing is clear, Christ is the firstborn of every creature. EVERY CREATURE!!!! i.e. not only man but everything that has breathe in it. As human beings, part of God’s creatures, Christ manifested to us as Human. Perhaps He has manifested to the other creatures in their own kind too.  All things were created by Him and for Him. ALL, my brethren! All includes people with different religious persuasion, different skin color, different language, different sexual persuasion,  different political persuasion. ALL!!! Things that you know and don’t, see and see not, imagine or not, ALL THINGS! let that settle in for a moment.

He was before all things and IN HIM all things consist, ALL THINGS HOLD TOGETHER! This automatically reveals that WE ARE ALL CONNECTED TO HIM AND TO ONE ANOTHER! WE ARE ONE!

Difference and Diversity

When you see yourself as different from another fellow human being, you seek and find non-similar characteristics. You continue to compare yourself with the other. You highlight this difference to the point of assigning higher or lower value to yourself and the other person. Where you assign a greater value to yourself, you look down on the other and perhaps feel better about yourself. Where you assign a lower value to yourself, you look up to the other and perhaps allow the other to push you around. Seeing difference in another human being leads to comparison and this is not wise.

When you see yourself as different from another fellow human being  and you acknowledge and respect the difference, you will seek and find the beneficial qualities of the uniqueness of the other person. This is called diversity. In diversity, you will discover that the person who is temporarily higher is willing to give to him that is temporarily lower. There is a constant exchange till both are at the same higher level.

Seeing  difference, comes with selfishness, arrogance, pride, greed, pain, sorrow separation, desperation, condemnation and such  like. Seeing  diversity comes with selflessness, humility, generosity, joy, oneness, confidence, commendation and such like. When you  begin to see diversity and not difference when you understand we are one and connected. If all were created by Christ and for Christ, according to the Scripture, you will see the wisdom and beauty of creation.

Universal Law of Divine Oneness

The Universal Law of Divine Oneness states that we are all connected, we are all one. We are all part of a whole. That means that all of humanity, all of nature and all of God are one. Therefore what you think, say or do, affects all. The simplicity of this fact makes it complex. Jesus stated when asked, which is the great commandment in the law? Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. –
(Mat 22:37-40 KJV). If indeed you are a follower of Christ, then understand that the Gospel of Christ is a gospel of inclusiveness and not exclusiveness. You need to understand that you see your neighbor as you see yourself and nothing else. When you begin to see differences you will begin to seek what is not similar. When see diversity will begin to what is similar and learn the benefits of what is different. You improve another person’s well-being by appreciating the person’s uniqueness. The more you appreciate, the more great things you see. Condemning a thing or people does not correct anything. The Gospel of Christ is the gospel of reconciliation and not further separation.  You want somebody to follow the way of Christ as you do, show the person the benefits , not only in words, by in action.

When you pray peace for your neighbor, and peace comes, you will have peace.
