Hearts of Fire is a song by the group EARTH, WIND & FIRE in 1975. I love the beats of the song and know a bit of the lyrics. Recently I decided to look at the full lyrics of the song and the depth of the words blew me away. This to me is Gospel of Love and encouragement. It basically speaks to not allowing the negativity of the World pull you down rather let love help soar above. This is a reminder from 1975 and resonating 40 years later.

Your mind is your garden, your thoughts are the seeds and the harvest is what you experience. No one can plant any seed in your garden without your permission. Perhaps you have discovered the seeds planted, you do not want. Jesus taught the prayer,  “lead me not into temptation but deliver me from evil“. He also declared “Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up.” My friends,  “Plant your flower and you grow a pearl” . Get rid of the thorns and thistles of discouragement that you have allowed others to plant in your garden.
